My husband provides & removes dumpsters on construction & rennovation worksites. We filed a lien for unpaid charges by one of his customers, but the dumpster is still on the property thus accruing additional unpaid fees after the lien recording. Do we need to file a seperate lien for the additional unpaid fees or can we update a recorded lien? If we have to record a second lien, do we need to notice the owner/contractor a second time?

You need a lien for the money owed you.
