What is the name of your state? VA

I just got a ticket for reckless driving in 55 speed was 84. The cop was pacing me on a parallel going road. Was not on the same road. Toll road Dulles. he told me that I had 3 different speeds and he picked the highest one.
I have no previous records and never had any trouble with the law. I know I have to get an attorney but how bad could this story end up. since he paced me from a different road can he even tell exactly how fast I drove??

Does somebody know that??

Please some advice

Police pace cars from airplanes, pacing on a parallel road is nothing. Definitely see an attorney if you want to contest the citation.
