This weekend I was pulled over and arrested for DWL in the 3rd degree. My licsense was not really suspended but was a clerical fault with the courts and the DOL in Washington. I spent some time in the county jail and was released on a PR. I tracked down the cause and it was nothing to do with me. Can I get some sort of restitution for the harassment and time spent in county jail for this charge that had nothing to do with me???? What do I need to do??? I have the charge all cleared up already.

No, because you did not have a valid driver's license when you were stopped. The only thing you are entitled to is having all charges dropped and to get on with your life. Also, forget about suing the state, you can't.
