I am employed at a small company with 15 full-time and 1 part-time employee, not including the owner. I don't think I have any rights under the FMLA of 1993 because of our company size, but I would like to know what my rights are if any, as far as unpaid time off and job security when I come back. I have a disability policy, so I don't want to be forced to use my PTO for my maternity leave. Are there any laws that protect me in Ohio?
