What is the name of your state? NH
I was recently pulled over because the officer said he heard me make a left turn. My tires did screech a little bit. After pulling me out of the car and all that good stuff, he gave me a ticket for failure to keep right. He pulled me over for one thing, and gave me a ticket for something else. Does this seem right and what are me chances at beating it in court?

It seems right, but since he didn't see you I'd say his chances of prevailing at court are slim.

Take it to court and see what happens. Or, take traffic school and avoid the risk.
