My brother was arrested. Charged with DUI and 2 possesions.
pot under 20 grams-$500, Dui-$1000 and Opium-$25 thousand.
Could someone explain to me why a possesion charge is 25
thousand and what may happen in court. We do not have the cash so our home may be used. Which I am against at this point. How much time in jail might he serve?
