What is the name of your state? Kansas

The divorce is finalized and the property settlement agreement is filed. He is in jail. The property settlement agreement states that WIFE is awarded all property 100%.

How would one go about removing HUSBANDs name from the deed/mortgage assuming he will not sign anything?

Thanks

He has to sign or you may attempt to get a court order either forcing him to sign or nullifying his property interest -- a divorce property settlement will not do it.

Assume he won't willingly sign

So far everything has been taken care of without a lawyer and I'd like to keep it that way. Hell, I think it worked out better without one so far. What sort of legal form would be needed to nullify his property interest

How about an "action to quiet title"
