I need to know what the laws are in Idaho concerning who can legally perform marriages. For instance, can someone just get "ordained" off the Internet by the Universal Life Church and be able to consider themselves a reverend and legally perform marriages in Idaho. Also, can someone who is so ordained just "ordain" someone else and that person then be able to legally perform marriages in Idaho. I'm wondering if my marriage is legal.
If I were to get a divorce, what is the waiting period here, if any, after filing?
