What is the name of your state? New york
Because of a previous conviction, my wife was deported to her country in 2004. Since then, I haven't heard from her. Would it be possible to annul my marriage? If not, what is the best way to proceed?
Thank You

The best way for you to proceed is to consult with a local attorney. Odds are that either annulment (if you qualify) or divorce won't be a feasible DIY project for you.
