If I am served with a supeona to appear in court in King County Washington to testify against my domestic partner
for abuse against me and, I refuse to go, what can happen
to me for refusing to go?

My response:

The trial gets placed on "hold", the Marshall is ordered by the court to get you, finds you, and brings you to court to stand in front of the judge and explain why you disobeyed a court order (that's what a Subpoena is) and then you get fined big-time money, or placed in jail, or both, for having wasted the court's valuable time.
