What is the name of your state?
question...i have a hearing on august 7 with the judge proceeding over our divorce, and i'm curious, as to wha this hearing is? i have been divorced once before in florida, and it was filed and finlaized in 14 days, and my ex husband only had to see the judge to change my name, and show we had no property or anything together...
so what is this hearing for? we are not reconciling, in fact, he is having a child with another woman, and i'm with some one else. is this for the judge to ensure we arent reconciling, or what? just curious....thanks in advance
