2 nd offense

well last year i got cought in a car with the occupations carring weed. well we all got possesion tickets and i went to court and i didnt plead instead i got 1 yr probabtion unconditional , i was told if i reappear in court that charge would be brought back up. well in novemeber i got caought with a roach less then 1 gram of weed and got another posseion charge. i am looking at and time or a heavy fine? i live in newyork i go to court on january 8 2001

You are looking at both and revocation of the earlier lighter "negotiated" sentence, because it seemed to be some sort of conditional sentence.
