What is the name of your state? Colorado
In 1999 I was stopped in Colorado for Driving Under Restraint. Shortly after I moved to Texas. At the time I had hired a lawyer to handled things, which I found out he really didn't do anything except for take my money. Since then unfortunately I have never done anything about the incident. I have tried contacting the lawyer with no luck and have read a few articles that he has been disbarred. Hiring a new lawyer well I just simply can't afford it. I have contacted the DA where the incident happened to see what I can do about it, but he simply won't talk to me. Says he can't do anything because I had a lawyer on the case. How can I get the lawyer removed from the case when I have no way of getting a hold of him or if I even now he is still practicing law? Actually I would never use him anyway!
