I work for a company here in the missouri area. I am new to this company and In the past month there have been certain things that I feel are not work related and should not be in the workplace. I work with a few other men in this office and I am the only female there. I use computers for my work and I also use the mens computers at my job. When I have to use this one pc I always find porn on the screen, this guy who sits at this desk is constantly looking up porn sites on company computers and time he spends at least two hours a day on the computer, I really dont think that this should be allowed at work exspecially when there is a female who uses your pc. I would have went to my boss but last week my boss and this guy where all in the work room when my boss said to me,"you might want to leave the room because we are going to look at something" I said no I am alright. I had no idea they were referiing to this porn stuff so then my boss proceeds to show this guy and myself a photo of explicit porn and It totally was disgusting. I do not know how to take this or what I should do? I am afraid to confront my boss because he does not care that I am a female and this may offend me at all. This is an ongoing problem within this small company and I am scared to say anything in fear of losing my job. I do not know if this would be considered harassment or anything like that but I would like all the input I can get on this subject. I am not a prude or anything like that but I honestly feel that this material should be veiwed at home in the privacy of your own home and not in the workplace. I do not know what I should do. Any suggestions?

They warned you before, told you that you might want to leave the room, You said you were "all right." What are you complaining about? If they did this with no warning, your complaint would seem to have more weight. YOU could've prevented ever becoming offended.
