What is the name of your state? I live in NJ. She lives out of state. Once the papers are filed with the court in a noncontested divorce, how long until it is finalized on a normal case. There are no children, no money issues to discuss and no marital assets. We just need to finalize it all. We are filing in NJ because that is where the marraige was and where we lived. She has since moved out of state. Also is it possible to have it all done whithout her appearing at court? She will sign whatever is needed and have it notarized but will not travel across 7 states to appear. Thank you.
