I received a reckless driving ticket in Va (82 on I-95). Any out-of-state violation is just 2 points in NJ. My question is: Does the Class One Misdemeanor Criminal Charge transfer? Also approximately how much would the ticket be? I am debating on paying an attorney, the fees may outway the cost. I also do not know if I can just call and plead guilty or if I have to show up in court.
