What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

Got a speeding ticket on I80 yesterday in Parsippany, NJ. Officer said he paced me at 95mph in a "65mph Zone." I want to fight this knowing that my 135,000 mile used car can't even go that speed, but I heard that this ticket will not even show up on my PA drivers license. Is this true??? Will my insurance company still find out, and rates go up??? Here's the info that someone sent me.

Here is what the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has to say
about "points" assessed for speeding in another DLC state:

"Although reported to PENNDOT, minor traffic offenses such as
speeding, red light, stop sign, etc., will NOT appear on your driving
record. Points will not be assessed to your PA driving record when
convicted of a point related offense in a DLC member state."

Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles: Fact Sheets: DLC
http://www.dmv.state.pa.us/pdotforms/fact_sheets/fs-dlc.pdf

I'd pay the fine to get this out of the way and not miss work, but finding out and fighting the points and insurance is the big thing.
Can someone please confirm what my friend said??? I'm freaking out over here!
