I was wondering if a wife moves out of the house and her husband has two jobs and still lives in the home, is she still financially obligated to pay for the mortgage even though she's not living in the house? He plans on keeping the house after the divorce is settled.

Yes and no. A judge is going to generally expect that the person living in the house takes responsibility for the mortgage and upkeep. However, until he refinances the home to remove you from the mortgage (and to buy out your share of the equity) you are still legally obligated to the mortgage company. Therefore if he doesn't make the payments or doesn't make them on time, you will be just as liable.
