My sister was taken advantage of by a Clerk from an attorney's office. She signed a Contingency Fee contract where there was no need for an attorney since all parties had already agreed to pay her injury expenses.
Is there some law that gives her some period of time (such as 24 hours) to back out of the contract?

Any other advice?

Thank you
