What is the name of your state? California
18 months ago I bought a 2002 BMW from a local car lot. They told me that it had never been in an accident. Now when I am trying to sell it I find it was in a "Severe Accident". Of course trying to sell it and get a fair price for it is impossible. I took it back to the company I bought it from and there is a new owner who is not taking any responsiblity. The sales person that sold me the car is still there. What are my options?
Thank you

"What are my options?"

In the future, always get an independent inspection by a trustworthy mechanic before you buy a used car.
