I am in the state of Georgia and have an autistic son who receives SSI and medicaide. My question is, he is due to receive an accident insurance sum and would like advice on how to set it up for his future college, or is medicaide automatically going to take it to cover his current and future medical costs. I only know that you are not allowed to have over $2,000.00 in assetts.
