What is the name of your state? California

i received a speeding ticket on 06/22/06.
the highway patrol officer had my drivers licence and proof of insurance.
when i went to make my payment online.

2 things were written down wrong
1-drivers licence # A1399---/the right one is A7399---
2-date of birth-00-00-1972/the right one is 00-00-1962

My questions his do i have to pay or, can i argue my tickets mistakes.

Were these written down incorreectly on the web site where you went to pay? or were they wrong on the citation?

If they were wrong on the citation, there might be an issue for court (maybe ... big "if"). if they were wrong on the web site, then it's likely a data entry error and will not be a court issue.
