I am getting a divorce - my husband had bought me a car before we were married as a present. It was and still is in his name only. We have been married for a little over 3 years. I found child porn on his computer and on disc. So I confronted him with it and kicked him out. He said I could keep the car and pay the payments. Then he took the car. He had a van already. He has left me without a way to go. Is there anything I can do. He has already paid for a no fault divorce, but I have not signed anything yet.
