Anyone that knows divorce laws in Ny, Could I get a divorce under cruel and inhumane treatment if I can prove, cyberstalking, sexual harrasment and harrassment? We have not lived together in over 5 yrs. HE will fight me. But I can prove and do have an order of protection based on harrassment.Thankyou
