If forcecd placed insurance is placed on a loan, but insurace was on it and provided on three different occasions, is the lender required to back dated the forced place insurance to the date it was placed since the proof was provided? they are refusing to, saying it was our price to pay (the interest in the higher principle) because didn't provide insurance in a timely manner, when in fact we did, and our insurance company proved that to them. They still won't accept that. I want to know if what they are doing to us by making us pay more interest on a higher balance, when it should not have been higher in the first place.
