What is the name of your state? NJ, Is there any way I can find out if the Builder Company which is “Inc.” is registered as a "C" or "S" etc. from State or anywhere ?, if convicted of Fraud do I have any chance of recovering $$ form his personnel assets ? Do builders serve jail time if convicted of fraud? What about if convicted of negligence, recover $$ from personnel assets. Is there any dept. in State that can provide me info about his insurance policy coverage?

Go to your local courthouse where business licenses are applied for and ask them.
