What is the name of your state? TX

Does the attorney make and decide the court date for child support, visitation or divorce?? My husband said that his attorney wants my attorneys phone number to set up the court date?? To me, that doesnt sound right. Doesnt the court setup the court dates for everything not the attorney?? I need help on this question

There's no reason NOT to give your attorney's number to his attorney. The court clerk or court services officer actually sets the date and time, but the attorneys will consult each other to make sure there is not a conflict in anyone's schedule before finalizing the date with the court.
