Car Towed - Legal? (TN)

I parked in the lot pictured above and was towed. I didnt think parking in that row of spaces would be a problem as there were only signs on the other side.

They currently have my car in their impound lot. Do i have a leg to stand on? Is there anything I can do to get my car out free/cheaper?

The signs most likely applied to the whole lot. Signage that restricts parking does not have to be at each parking spot, somewhere visible in the lot is all that is required. Looks like you will have to pay up.

First you need to get your car out of impound unless you don't mind the storage fees building up.

If you believe you have a case you can sue the parking lot owner in small claims court for the fees you had to pay to get the car out of impound.
