My nephew --18 1/2 years old-- was arrested for" driving with suspended license and reckless driving" .He got into an accident totalled his dad's car and injured himself and two other passengers. He's out of hospital and jail-on bond- pending a court appearence.What should he expect if he pleads "nolo contendere"?
