What is the name of your state? Georgia my co-defendant and I were both found with meth possession. They also found a note i had written him that proved that they were indeed his drugs. Is there any way to have drug charges dropped off of myself? My co-defendant is already doing time for another previous drug charge, and is willing to take my charges,if possible.

Possession has nothing to do with ownership. They may have been his drugs, but you were still guilty of possession of them. Some leniency might be granted if your dearest friend is willing to step up, but there's no guaruntee of it.
