What is the name of your state? Colorado. Once a judge has sentenced someone, is that final? A plea bargain was made and an alternative sentence was given. The alternative was violated and the original sentence to DOC was given. Now he has another court date. The last date was his sentencing and we were told he would be going to DOC in a few weeks. Why would there be another court date?What is the name of your state?
