What is the name of your state? Kentucky

Greetings!

Quick question for anyone who knows...

On the standard traffic ticket in Kentucky, there is an area for the complainant officer to indicate the race of the alleged violator.

If I am white, and the officer indicated that I am black, would that constitute grounds for facial insufficiency of the information, or is there some other defensible means of bringing this up in court?

Thank you for your help!!!

it would go toward making the leo look like an incompetant witness. you would be able to question him on the stand about the mistake. you would probably need moire than that alone.
