What is the name of your state? California
boyfriend was arrested/released for possesion of pipe with meth residue. 2 months prior he was cited with possesion of paraphanilia but told to enroll in PC-1000 classes. Now with this recent arrest what will happen on his court date?:(

I'm gonna guess ... jail.

What will happen will depend on a large part on his prior history even before this violation and new charge. Expect jail as apparently the classes are not having much of an effect.
