What is the name of your state? Pa
I filed harassment charges against 2 coworkers. The company took depositions from all involved separately over 2 weeks ago.Is there a time limit for an answer? And do I have a right to see the depositions of the 2 coworkers since I was not allowed to be present ? And one last question...If I do get to read their depos and I find untruths can I demand to face them in person to refute it or just let it go?

Harrassment on what basis?

If this is illegal harrassment, the only responsibility the employer has is to investigate and to make it stop. You do not have the right to be informed about if or how the individuals were (or were not) disciplined and, as a matter of fact, it would not be wise for the employer to do so.

And, two weeks is not unreasonable.
