Question regarding Lawsuit involvement 2

Based on my previous question; another follows.

My co. is undergoing a lawsuit, and the plaintiff’s lawyer had called me for deposition…
The plaintiff is using our previous encounter as a part of the lawsuit against my co.
Some lawyers will make something out of nothing, and my previous encounter with the plaintiff might be used.
What possible effect can this have on me?
How serious is this?

Not enough details to hazard a guess. You would be better off posing your questions to the attorneys representing your company in the lawsuit.

Previous encounter? That could be anything from shaking hands upon introduction to having illicit sex in the copier room.
