What is the name of your state? Ohio I would like to know if a prosecuting attorney can videotape someone without their knowledge. He was showing me evidence of my boyfriend's case. The prosecutor went to the jail to see my boyfriend after he met with me. The prosecutor told him that he videotaped the meeting I had with him. I had no idea I was being videotaped.
