I had fallen and injured my back and leg at work, I was called to HR after the first week off and fired for an event that happened over 30 days ago and came up as a complent by a client. My workers comp had been filled. Is there a recourse I can take for been fired while on WC.I had personal conficks with my manager for the last six months.
