I have an administrative appeal vs the Ohio Dept. of Jobs & Fammily Services [formerly dept. of human serv] that is now before the common pleas court upon my appeal.
The court at this current time has scheduled a time for my brief, then the state's brief, then my response to the state's brief, then the judge will make a decision on the case.
My question is: during an administrative appeal at this level, can i seek compensatory and punitive damages?
