I'm the power of attorney for my mom for all matters. I just got married and changed my name. Do I need to have my new Last name on the POA papers?

I think it would be a good idea but you could call the lawyer who prepared the POA papers (I assume a lawyer prepared them - if not, call any lawyer) & ask them - the name change may need to be notarized or something.
