What is the name of your state? mo

how can california attoneys or the interns be able to monitor forums (ie,craigslist) and whenever a poster has a legal issue they are allowed to post the firms website and contact information to posters from other states across the nation in a quest for clients ?

According to this posting lawyer california does not have to follow "model rules"

i just recently sent out a packet to the california bar ethics comittee but I am sure this will take months if not years to ever be ruled upon.

If it was ethical for california attorneys to do this why then is it improper for firms from other states not to be able to post for clients in california ?
