MY HUSBAND WAS SEARCHED IN HIS HOME AND THE ROOM MATES HE HAD LIVING WITH HIM WAS ASLEEP WHEN THEY LAW ENTERED THE HOME. THE LAW WENT INTO HER ROOM WHERE SHE WAS ASLEEP AND JUMPED ON HER BACK WITH HIS KNEE AND LEFT BRUISES ON HER. IS THERE ANYTHING SHE CAN DO ABOUT THIS?

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

Yeah, she should take pictures of the bruises, time this happend and file a criminal battery charge and a civil suit against him for false imprisonment, and battery charge. This isn't assault because she didn't see him coming.
