What is the name of your state? WV My grandmother was just put into a hospital for a infection. She has no trouble making decisions or signing her own name,she still drives herself to appointments and grocery store etc.she made her daughter power of attorney,since being in the hospital her has made comments of her being poa and they have asking my grandmother alot her name,date,where she is, the poa herself has the disease lupus and has to stay in bed all the time a women with her own sickness such as lupus is she able to make the right choices for someone else when she has alot of health concerns herself.
