I work in Kentucky but I live in Ohio. I need some answers and I'm not sure I am in the right law area. I have not been physically hurt on the job but I have a problem in my work area. I have allergy induced asthma and one of my allergies is all perfumes. The Office Manager has asked the other women to tone down their perfume level several times but some people do not seem to heed this. I need to know what my rights are (if any) regarding constant exposure to perfumes in the work area. I also need to know where to find the pertinent law or information in the ADA that covers this problem.
