I had breast cancer surgery in May of 2000, since the surgery I am unable to lift with my left arm. I went back to work in June of 2000, with them knowing that I could no longer to the lifting, and was told that was okay, now in Dec. of 2000, I was asked to leave until futher notice because they could justify paying someone eles to do the lifting for me. What do I do now? Do I have a case? Who do I call?
