I live in Bandera county Texas.We got togeather 2000 registered voters and signed a patitionto have a roll back in taxes that were assesed for year 2000 and the pertition was denided because they daid that the date of birth was not on the pertition. What is the law on this?

I do not know. There could be a county ordinance or a State law requiring birthdates to confirm that the petitioners are in fact legally registered voters.
