I was arrested on a school campus smoking marijuana, and the cops also found some on me(not really found but, almost i just handed it to them and complied to all of there questions, etc)
either way, im charged with criminal possesion of marijuana in the 5th and i just gotta few questions
1. Is there a way that since this is my first offense, that i can get some type of probation/fines instead of the initial charge which would then lead to grants/loans that i have being taken away
2. Is there any type of way that this would/could get expunged?
and is there anything else i should know?
