What is the name of your state? Michigan

Recently issued a speeding ticket.

Ticket was issued by CN Railway Police.

My quesitons are:

THe form used, UC-01a, is the 10/94 revision, woefully out of date. Would that be grounds for dismissal?

Additionally, the form is so old, that it still lists the agency as GTW Railroad Police, not CN railway Police. CN took over GTW over 3 years ago. WOuld that be relevent in any way?

My answer: No

My advice: try to fight it anyhow, unless you are 20 mph over, at which point you can only hope for officer not showing or DA willing to reduce the charges.
