What is the name of your state? MN
Son was driving down freeway going with flow.
Passed Highway Patrol (along with everyone else) who was going slower than speed limit.
Highway Patrol pulled over said going 72 in 55. Saw him comming.
Said son look like he had been drinking.(10:00am Sunday morning)
Gave breath test showed zero.

Almost sees like my son was pulled over for the way he looked not the
speeding.

Yes, profiling and arbitrary and capricious enforcement is a common thing... however the kourts usually accept this type of behavior and you should have a better defense in mind for a backup if you intend to fight or ask for leniency which hopefully you will... otherwise expect your insurance rates to sky rocket for this "crime" of traveling at the highway design speed and with the average flow of traffic...

No, rates climb for going 30+ percent faster than the posted speed limit
