Hi,
I was arrested for Assault degree 2. After paying the bail, I left the country so didn't show up in the court. A warrant has been issued for my arrest.
I want to come back to the country but I am afraid that they will arrest me while entering the country.
Do the custom police find out my name on the computer?
Do they have right to arrest me at the airport?
Is it a federal or state crime? If I go another state (for example: CA or FL ), can they catch me there? (It happened in NY)
If I will be arrestted again what is the charge of assault/2 and failure to appear in Court?
It was my first crime. ( I hope the last one too)
I have no attorney, and I need help.
