I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

You need to be a little more specific by answering the following questions, so I and other members may help you better:

1) what is your husband's position in the company and relation to employer?

2) what is husband's relation to these employees who caused damages?

3) is your husband the one being threatened to pay?

4) what types of damages and how did they occur (during scope of employment, part of job?)?
